Algology Treatment

Transforaminal Epidural Injection

Waist needle treatment should generally be preferred in spine disorders (Mild and Moderate narrowing) where "we think there is a high probability of recovery without surgery". It is not recommended for patients with advanced weakness and requiring surgery (severe narrowing).

Endoscopic Spinal Herniation Surgery

Endoscopic spine surgery is used in the treatment of diseases that compress the spinal nerves or cause nerve damage, such as hernias that cause waist, neck, back or leg pain, bulges and tears in the discs in the spinal area, spinal canal stenosis.

Waist and neck hernia surgery

Lumbar and cervical hernias / canal stenosis occur when the cartilage tissue between two vertebrae, which allows the movement of the spine, breaks free and overflows into the nerve canal as a result of the rupture of the layers of external connective tissue that wraps it like a bag and holds it between the bones. If this overflow coincides with the side where the nerves are located, the nerves may be compressed and may cause pain in the arm and leg on that side.

Spinal Canal Stenosis

Canal narrowing disease can be congenital or develop later.

Scoliosis Disease

Scolioses are grouped under 3 main headings.

  1. Congenital

  2. Puberty

  3. Advanced Age

Advanced Age (Degenerative) Spine Diseases

In older ages, spines may frequently develop problems due to chronic wear and tear. Examples of these include spinal disorders such as lumbar disc slip, lumbar and cervical disc herniation, osteoporosis fractures, and scoliosis. However...

Herniated Disc

Disc Herniation Surgery

Nowadays, hernia surgeries are performed with more micro techniques than in the past. Before microscopic and endoscopic techniques, there could be larger skin incisions in the surgery area and larger tissue damage in the tissues around the spine.

Spinal Compression Fracture Due to Osteoporosis

Our spinal bones roughly consist of a hard outer layer called "Cortex" and internal structures in a honeycomb structure called "Spongeus". With advancing age, this spongy part in the honeycomb structure begins to melt.
